Dear Valued Customer,
Due to the recent anti-virus issue experienced by Microsoft today, namely 'CrowdStrike', some of our DNS queries are coming back unresolved from server locations world-wide.
We apologize for this but right now it is totally out of our hands.
We will however keep you updated as we get more information but hope that this will be resolved timeously.
